Leaving aside the slowness of the government in responding to the pandemic, as it (mis)managed the Citizenship (Amendment) Act and Delhi riots, feted President Donlad Trump and toppled the Madhya Pradesh government, how can it do better now that it seems to be more serious about the crisis?
