We want to be transported away from life’s stressful realities. Not that life is bad for all of us, but the drama of that CSK vs RCB finish was something else, when MS Dhoni almost pulled off the challenge of 26 runs off the last over. Or the great tingle of Daenerys Targaryen getting shook by Jon Snow in the crypt – her lover is now her challenger to the Iron Throne, as the dragons fly overhead and the Night King fixes to destroy it all, her, him, life.
