It depends on how fast the virus spreads over the remaining week of the lockdown, and, on the upside, the eventuality of some repurposed drug — Ivermectin, used for roundworms, scabies and head lice, has been found to kill the virus in two days in a lab study — proving to be a miracle cure. In any case, it makes sense to keep geographical clusters of the disease under lockdown even after April 14 and to keep the number of those coming out to work to the barest minimum. All this calls for rigorous planning for different contingencies and scenarios.
