Chhattisgarh, which Congress swept, has three leaders in contention—TS Singh Deo, state party chief Bhupesh Baghel and sole Congress member of Parliament, Tamradhwaj Sahu. Sahu might get the top job in Raipur, but things are less clear elsewhere.
