Delhi recorded 1,527 COVID-19 cases with a positivity rate of 27.77% on Thursday, according to the Health Department’s daily bulletin. Two COVID-related deaths were also reported. Noting the sharp spike in cases, Health Minister Saurabh Bharadwaj said that the government was fully prepared to handle the situation. “There are enough ventilators, oxygen and ICU beds. We are closely monitoring the situation,” he added.
