Circumlocution(noun)
The use of many words where fewer would do, especially in a deliberate attempt to be vague or evasive.
Hindi meaning:घुमा-फिरा कर बात करना

Antonyms: Directness, Straightforwardness, Conciseness, Brevity
Example: The politician’s speech was full of circumlocution, avoiding a clear answer.
